Collective agreement

The collective agreement valid for DESY employees (TV-AVH) can be found here:

ATTENTION: In § 49, the TV-AVH contains some special regulations that apply to DESY and the HZG.

They concern e.g. the working hours and the compensation as well as overtime and travel expenses. In particular, the compensation table according to the TV-AVH does not apply to DESY employees, but that of the TVöD, Annex A.
A useful contact for labor law issues is the trade union ver.di. It grants free legal protection to members.
