At DESY, there are certain works agreements and regulations.

These are concluded between the Directorate and the works council in order to regulate matters requiring co-determination or other internal matters in a generally binding manner.
They apply either to the entire DESY (general works agreements) or to the individual locations Hamburg and Zeuthen.
